1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing getcubsuite.com or using CUB Line or CUB Launch (together, "CUB Suite," "the Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

CUB Suite provides tools built specifically for regulated health practitioners in British Columbia. CUB Suite is not a clinical records system, electronic health record, or charting platform.

  • CUB Line is a dedicated clinic phone line, enabling SMS messaging and voice calls through a dedicated local BC phone number, so practitioners can communicate with patients without sharing their personal number.

  • CUB Launch is a practice-management knowledge platform providing guides, references, and resources on the business side of running a BC health practice — including billing, insurance, and clinic setup.

3. Eligibility

CUB Suite is intended for use by regulated health professionals operating in British Columbia. By using either service, you confirm that you are a licensed or regulated health practitioner and that you will use the service in compliance with your professional obligations and applicable Canadian privacy law.

4. Subscription and Billing — CUB Line

CUB Line subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. The Founding 50 rate is locked in for the lifetime of your subscription as long as it remains active and in good standing. CUB Suite reserves the right to change pricing for new subscribers at any time.

5. Purchase and Access — CUB Launch

CUB Launch is offered as a one-time purchase granting lifetime access to its content library, including future content updates, at no additional cost. Launch is not a subscription — there is no recurring billing and no renewal.

The First 50 tier is offered at a limited introductory rate to the first 50 purchasers. Once these spots are filled, the price increases for new purchasers; existing First 50 purchasers keep their access at the price they paid, permanently. CUB Suite reserves the right to change pricing for new purchasers at any time.

All CUB Launch purchases are final. See Section 7 for our refund policy.

6. Your Clinic Number (CUB Line)

Your dedicated clinic number is provisioned through Twilio and remains active as long as your CUB Line subscription is active. If your subscription lapses beyond the grace period, your number may be released and reassigned. CUB Suite is not liable for any consequences resulting from loss of a phone number due to subscription cancellation or non-payment.

7. Refunds

CUB Line: Subscription payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to stop future billing.

CUB Launch: Because Launch grants immediate, permanent access to its full content library, purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CUB Suite only for lawful professional purposes consistent with your regulatory and ethical obligations, and not for spam, harassment, unauthorized resale, or any communication or use that violates Canadian law.

Permitted use — CUB Line: Professional health practitioner communication with patients in British Columbia — SMS and voice communication consistent with your regulatory and ethical obligations.

Prohibited use — CUB Line:

  • Sending unsolicited messages (spam) of any kind

  • Bulk or automated messaging not initiated by you personally

  • Any communication that violates Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)

  • Using CUB Line for any illegal purpose

  • Harassment, abuse, or threatening communication

  • Reselling, sharing, or transferring your clinic number to another person

Fair Use — CUB Line: While CUB Line offers unlimited SMS messaging, this is intended for normal clinical communication volumes. We reserve the right to investigate and suspend accounts showing unusual messaging patterns that suggest misuse or automated sending.

CUB Line uses VoIP technology provided by Twilio and is not intended for emergency use. Attempting to contact 911 or other emergency services through your CUB clinic number may result in a $100 USD fee charged by Twilio, which will be passed on to the account holder. Always use a traditional phone line or mobile device to contact emergency services. Patients should always have independent access to emergency services (911) and crisis lines.

CUB clinic numbers are VoIP numbers and may not be accepted for SMS-based two-factor authentication, such as by banks or government services.

Permitted use — CUB Launch: Personal, individual use of Launch's content to support your own practice. Content is licensed to you individually and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared with other practitioners who have not purchased access.

9. Privacy

Your use of CUB Suite is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the data practices described there.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

CUB Suite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for any loss of data, missed communications, or disruption to your practice. CUB Launch content is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice; you should consult qualified professionals for guidance specific to your situation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, CUB Suite's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim (for CUB Line), or the amount you paid for CUB Launch.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify active users of material changes by email.
